Terms & Conditions

1. THE CAMPAIGN

1.1. POPSmart is an external participant learning and engagement campaign by Sun Pharma South Africa.

1.2. The campaign is designed to encourage participants to learn more about Sun Pharma product portfolios through an engaging learning experience.

2. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

2.1. The campaign is open to all employees at participating pharmacies.

2.2. Each participant may participate using one registered account only.

2.3. Participants may not register or participate using another participant’s account or multiple accounts.

3. WEEKLY LEARNING & QUESTIONS

3.1. New learning content and questions will be made available each week.

3.2. There will be a maximum of 10 questions available each week.

3.3. Product Portfolio questions will focus on products within the relevant division portfolio featured during that week.

3.4. Participants may complete as many or as few of the available questions as they wish.

3.5. Completing more questions provides participants with more opportunities to earn draw entries.

4. EARNING DRAW ENTRIES

4.1. Participants receive one draw entry for each question completed.

4.2. Completing 1 question earns 1 draw entry.

4.3. Completing all 10 questions earns a maximum of 10 draw entries for that week’s draw.

4.4. Participants can earn a maximum of 4 entries per week by uploading in-store display photo’s of qualifying products.

4.5. Participants can earn additional entries by uploading sales receipts of qualifying products. There is no weekly limit.

5. WEEKLY DRAW

5.1. A draw will take place every Friday at 12:00.

5.2. All eligible participants who have earned draw entries during the relevant week will be entered into that week’s draw.

5.3. Winners will be randomly selected from the eligible draw entries.

5.4. The weekly prizes are:

1st Prize — R1,000 voucher
2nd Prize — R500 voucher
3rd Prize — R250 voucher

5.5. A participant may win only one prize per weekly draw.

5.6. Winners will be notified using their registered email address.

6. FAIR PLAY

6.1. Participants must participate using their own registered account.

6.2. Participants may not create multiple accounts, use another participant’s account or attempt to manipulate the platform, questions, draw entries, rankings or results.

6.3. Sun Pharma reserves the right to disqualify any participant where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, manipulation or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. PRIZES

7.1. Prizes are not transferable.

7.2. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or another prize, unless otherwise determined by Sun Pharma.

7.3. Sun Pharma reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7.4. Sun Pharma’s decision regarding the selection of winners will be final.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1. Information collected through registration and participation will be used to administer the campaign, manage participation, contact winners and fulfil prizes.

8.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. CAMPAIGN CHANGES

9.1. Sun Pharma reserves the right to update, amend, suspend or change aspects of the campaign where reasonably necessary.

9.2. The campaign has no fixed end date and will continue until further notice.

10. ACCEPTANCE

10.1. By registering for and participating in POPSmart, participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

10.2. Participation means agreeing to abide by the campaign rules and participate fairly.
